Fabric Filters

Applications like drilling, milling, grinding, lapping, honing, and washing use different tools, need different kinds of fluids, and generate different kinds of dirt; obviously necessitating the usage of different kinds of filter fabrics reinforcing our belief that one size does not fit all. We select the optimum filter fabric for the specific application from a vast range. These are made of fine fibres 1.5 denier vs the normal 4.5 deniers. Hence, they are more uniform and result in higher filtration efficiency and lower consumption. All types and grades of filter fabrics are available ex-stock in large quantities assuring prompt delivery and reducing your inventory.

A)Nonwoven Filter Fabrics.

Raw Materials	Viscose bonded, PP spun/thermally bonded, Polyester needle felt, Polyester spun lace, Synthetic water absorbent etc.
GSM	15 to 550* – This is the standard range. Higher GSM can be provided based on the requirement.
Width Available	0 to 2.5 mtrs. (Larger can be supplied if essential)
Micron Rating	5 to 50 micron

B)Woven Filter Fabrics

Raw Materials	Nylon, Polyester, Polypropylene, Cotton, Combinations of these, etc.
Type	Mono filament, Multifilament, Spun filament and combinations of these.
GSM	200 to 600* – This is the standard range. Lower or higher GSM can be provided based on the requirement.
Width Available	0 to 2.1 mtrs. (Larger can be supplied if essential)
Micron Rating	5 to 1250 micron* – This is the standard range. Coarser media can be provided if essential.
